tummy skin became thinner during late pregnancy

any idea how to manage with the tummy skin becoming thinner? I feel the pain due to friction between the tummy skin and my clothes. even touching that part of the skin feels very painful.

Extremely bad insomnia in 3rd tri?

Anyone else facing the same issue? I’m literally sleeping less than 5 hours a day, not by choice. I just keep waking up and is unable to fall back asleep. And this happens daily 🥲

Bad constipation in 3rd trimester

Does any mummies have other relief or solution to really bad constipation in 3rd trimester aside from the usual take more fruits/vege/fibre? (Which I’m trying) 🥲 I’ve been having bad tummy ache a few times a day but when I try to go I can hardly poop 🥲 The constipation situation is quite bad, not sure what else can I do 😭

Walls of both nostrils bleeding

Hello Mummies, is it normal for my nose to bleed? I’m in my second trimester and recently the walls of my both nostrils starts to bleed. Should I be alarm?

it is common for my nose to bleed from young and during pregnancy which miraculously stopped after childbirth... do get it checked out if you are concerned tho 🙏💕

Pregnant 5 wks 4 days , is it ok for me to use my treadmill & is feeling super hungry all the time..

I just found out Im pregnant so my friends and family told me to stop doing exercise for now.. May i know at what month or weeks can i start back using my treadmill.. i've gain alot 4kg eventho it is just new.. I been feeling hungry super hungry my both pregnancy before 19 year ago is not like this.. Is it feeling super hungry normal?
