does anyone else’s morning sickness feel like this - i feel like im nauseous and hungry at the same time. sometimes the nausea is so strong it feels like my stomach is on fire (feels like hunger) 🤢

Fruit To Recommended

I’m currently 15 weeks pregnant, any fruits to recommend ? What are the best fruits to eat during pregnancy ? And is it safe to take Watermelon & or Rockmelon ?:)

I ate cherries, apples, blueberry, and pasteurised fruit juice, am currently 15 weeks pregnant too

Elective csection SGH

I'm having an elective csection in 2 weeks time due to low lying placenta at 0.1mm placement. So a normal birth can't be done. This is my second pregnancy. My first pregnancy is a emergency csection. Any idea what time will the admission time be for the elective csection? I have my first born with me. I don't have anyone to look after besides my husband. SGH will only inform me 1 day ahead of the admission time. Any heads up from any mum? It could help me find a proper care before the date for my son.

Hihi! I recently went for an appointment with my gynae, and she mentioned that my elective will probably be between 8am-10am as the drs will not want us to fast for so long since we're fasting from midnight. So estimation still before noon! Hope this helps!

looking for support and doctor/clinic recommendations for a medical abortion

i'm feeling really overwhelmed right now because i know in my heart i don't want to go through another pregnancy. i think a medical abortion is the right decision for me, but i'm honestly scared because i don't know what to expect. for those who've been through it, what was it like? was the pain similar to bad period cramps, or was it much worse? how long did the bleeding last, and was there anything you wish you had known beforehand? if anyone has recommendations for a kind, non-judgmental doctor or clinic, i'd really appreciate it. thank you so much for sharing your experiences. 🤍

Placenta Previa

Hi mummies who were diagnosed with placenta previa, can share at what week did you go for c sec? Thanks!

I had complete placenta previa and went for my c-section at 36 weeks because I started spotting, so my gynae decided not to wait any longer rather than risk more bleeding. From what I heard from other mums though, timing really depends on how severe yours is and whether there's any bleeding, so it's quite individual lah. Best to have a detailed chat with your gynae about your specific situation and what they're monitoring for, since they'll have the full picture from your scans.

Cramp Over Lower Abdomen

Hi, I'm 20 weeks n 5 days pregnant, I'm experiencing lower abdomen cramp and had just seen my gynae yesterday which he assured me that it is ok as my round Ligament is stretching due to first time pregnancy. But I'm still worried. Anyone has the same problem and how do you manage it?

My round ligament pain can get so bad it's like a sharp stabbing pain I cannot move at all. i cannot stand or even reach out for my glass of water. They say it happens when you sneeze or when you stand up but mine can happen ANYTIME and it hurts real bad.

Lethargic , sleepy and nausea

Hi mummies , im only 9weeks pregnant on my scnd baby but im feeling super lethargic. I honestly dont remember my first born this tired but do any of u have advice on being less lethargic and sleepy . I sleep 2 times in a day😭 and my nausea is like taking a toll of me haha . Not having appetite but hungry. Looking at some food makes me wanna throw up😭

Im currently at my week 8....in 2 weeks time i will be going for my NIPT test. Any mummies the same stage as me? And are your going for the NIPT test or opt out?
