Good gynae recc?
Hi fellow mummies/mtb, any recommendations on good gynaes that can deliver at Mt A? TIA! :)
Coughing badly
Hey mummies. I’m currently 20+ weeks and coughing for one week. The cough got worse, tried GP medication doesn’t work. Been coughing super badly until I visit the toilet a few times in an hour. During night time can’t sleep and visit the toilet as whenever I cough urine keep leaking. I’m a bit worry about my baby. Called KK they say more than 22 weeks need to go to delivery suite there. Is there anything to worry about and should I go to the delivery suite to see the doctor there? But the thing is I’m not a KK patient and my gynae is currently overseas.
New RSV vaccine
Has anyone taken the new rsv vaccine? If so, any experience to share?
Need a rant
Hi Mummies! Just need a little rant here.. Any of you here happen to be a fellow childcare teacher? How do you adjust yourself to the routine and being pregnant? I am in my 6th weeks now, and taking PG class.. Quite often i have to bend down to put on their shoes (when going home) even when i was seated on a chair to change their diapers yet. My lower back will ache everytime when i get home, sometimes my lower abdomen will have some discomfort. My laoshi have been very supportive eversince i broke the news to her.. She don’t allow me to carry the children cots, bending down too much. Most of the times she will send the children out, so that i don’t have to bend down and put the children shoes for them. After she goes home, i am left with no choice but to send the children out (because the class teacher are to send the children out strictly) I am feeling so tired everytime, i know i’m quite early in my pregnancy.. but sometime I’m wondering if i can try asking for HL from my gynae (private) just to rest at home for few days.. 😥
Pregnancy test at 8DPO
Anyone tried and get a faint positive at least? 😅
aiming for normal delivery
hi everyone! i’m currently at 29 weeks. previous appointment, my gynae told me baby is slightly bigger than he is supposed to be. it’s my first child. am aiming for normal delivery. just wondering if anyone managed to deliver normally tho your baby’s big? 😅 i’m currently having GDM and controlling my diet and sugar intake. exercising daily and maintaining my weight.
KKH check up bill
Just in case anyone is curious, this was my bill from a routine scan + consultation at KKH today. I'm 28 weeks today, this is subsidised route, not private gynae.
Is Panadol extra with optizorb safe for pregnancy?
Hi mums, I took 1 tablet of Panadol extra with optizorb just now as I’m running a slight fever. Someone misplaced it in normal Panadol box and I didn’t check before taking. Will anything happen to my baby? I am 5 months pregnant.
Very dry skin
Hi I’m 13 weeks preggy. Experiencing very dry and peeling skin. Do anyone have any suggestion of cream to apply or anyone have the same experience?
Hospital Bills
Ladies, how do you and your spouse split hospital / delivery charges? Is there an expectation on the guy to pay for everything?
