heartburn, feeling full after a small meal

I am currently 6th week pregnant. Since week 5, I have been experiencing heartburn, slow digestion, appetite not been very good. Feel full after a small meal. Is it normal? Because is not like this in my first pregnancy. I went to consult the doctor, the doctor say is due to pregnancy hormones. I worried it might be some underlying conditions like stomach ulcer. But at this stage, is not recommended for me to do endoscopy.

Need KKH private gynae recommendation

Anyone gave birth recently can recommend your gynae? Currently expecting my 3rd. Last pregnancy was 2023. Feeling out of place. My preferred gynae: Liu Shu Ling No longer taking pregnancy patients. 2nd: Suzanna Sulaiman Not taking Dec patients. 3rd: Ada Ng Heard she left kkh.
