HOW TO STOP OVERTHINKING
This is my first pregnancy (4 weeks now), and I'm overthinking. Bcs right before I found out I was pregnant.. I went on extreme rides, ate junk food, and even took medication because I thought I had GERD. I felt guilty and overthinking it. Now I've tried clean food and implemented all the do's and avoid the dont's. I'm afraid I won't be a good mother/wife in the future. How to have positive thoughts??

positive check-ups with the doctor will motivate you. i also ate oysters & other junk (i didn't know i was pregnant at that time), went on disneyland rides, rode motorbike throughout the pregnancy as that was the mode of transport we had at that time. your thoughts are valid, i had those similar ones too. you can educate yourself on certain tips & tricks to prep yourself when baby comes, but every kid is different & you'll find your ways with them & your husband. enjoy the pregnancy, take it a day at a time, do the things you love while you can during this period!
Read moreheyyyy, it happened to me too i went for rock climbing and fell, went to adventure cove and fell too, and took panadol extra cause i had migraine, cook using a silicone spatula till it melt. i cried ao much after knowing i was pregnant. but, all went well and now my LO is 6 months old, strong and heathy. i drank ice water till i gave birth okayyyy cause i can't drink room or hot temp water so sad. most importantly, dont be too stressed about it. just say sorry to bb and yourself. take care!

I'm at 20 weeks and i havent stopped eating junk food cause my appetite is weird, baby is healthy :) you've just started eating clean food and doing your best this early, you'll be ok!
Read moreI don't think you can ever stop overthinking 😂 I ate a whole lot of sashimi, ate very strong painkillers etc and a whole lot of other can't do list cause I didn't know I was pregnant, and I started being paranoid like you but hey I'm at my 8 week now 😌 baby is going well. So it's normal!
For the first few weeks baby is getting nutrition from the yolk sac, and not connected to mummy’s bloodstream. This protects baby during the time when mama doesn’t know yet. So don’t worry!
there's no way to change the past but keep moving forward with positivity will make a difference 💪🙏
chill walk to the park imagine that your baby is safe and sound inside youuu
