Anyone here had a healthy pregnancy with fatty liver? 🥺

Hi moms! Just found out I’m pregnant last week and I’m honestly quite anxious 😭 I was diagnosed with NAFLD a couple of years ago and also had PCOS before getting pregnant. I don’t drink, but I’ve struggled with my weight for a while. I was around 117kg a few months ago and managed to get down to 109kg by cutting sugar and processed foods. Now that I’m pregnant, I’m worried about my liver and the weight gain during pregnancy. Anyone been in a similar situation? Would love to hear your experiences 🙏

Moms, did anyone else get piles after giving birth? 😭

Hi moms! Just wondering if anyone else experienced piles after pregnancy or giving birth? I started having some discomfort and honestly felt a bit embarrassed about it at first. 😅 Did you just manage it at home with diet, more water and rest, or did you eventually go see a doctor? I’m not sure when it’s something that should actually be checked, so would really appreciate hearing what worked for you. 🤍
