Anyone here with endometriosis? Can lifestyle changes help or is surgery needed?

Hi everyone, I was recently wondering about endometriosis and wanted to hear from others who have been through it. For those who have endometriosis, were you able to manage your symptoms through lifestyle changes, diet, or other treatments, or did you eventually need surgery? I'm trying to understand what the usual treatment options are and whether surgery is always necessary.
