has anyone here had a vasectomy?

Hello! Has anyone here had a vasectomy before? I’d love to hear about your experience, including what you considered before deciding to go through with it, how the recovery was, and who your doctor was. Hi mummy! Im currently at 17week&2days. Has any mummy having feeling pins & needles from legs & hands on stop? Like even if you are standing walking your hands will feel numb ish. Or isit just me?

How to handle morning sickness

I am currently 7 weeks pregnant and having really bad morning sickness and i cant even eat food or certain drinks. I feel nausea throughout the whole day everyday and have a hard time eating because i will vomit out. Anyone experiencing the same as me what do you guys do to help ease the morning sickness please i feel like i cant go on anymore😭
