Hi mummies , Im a FTM , i just when for my checkup today at 38weeks 4days. Currently they monitoring my BP and also protein in my urine. As per today’s checkup everything is fine but i was told that im not dilated yet and baby head still far. Dr informed to induce by 39weeks. Is there any ways i can reposition my baby?

hi mummies, hoping someone can share some advice! my son twisted his ankle during PE/sports yesterday and it’s quite swollen today. he can still walk but is limping and says it hurts quite a bit. i’ve been icing it and trying to get him to rest, but not sure if i should bring him to a doctor or just monitor for a few days. for those who’ve been through an ankle sprain with your kids, what did you do and how long did it take to recover? did you see a gp, physio or orthopaedic doctor? would really appreciate any recommendations too! 🙏

hi mummies! just wondering if anyone has recently gotten braces for their daughter? my girl has been asking for braces for a while now and i think it’s time to look into it 😅 would really appreciate if you can recommend a good orthodontist/dental clinic, preferably someone patient and good with teenagers. also, how much did you roughly spend and was the whole process okay? a bit clueless about where to start 😂 thank you mummies! ❤️
