When to introduce bottle

Baby is currently breastfeeding, am wondering when is a good time to introduce bottle?wanted to avoid nipple confusion so that baby doesn't have preference for bottle too early

Caring for baby at home

Wanted to ask how best to allocate tasks to my helper for babycare..We have a 3 year old toddler and a newborn now. My toddler attends full day preschool.The helper currently does the housework plus prepares lunch and dinner daily. Is it still possible for her to attend to the baby if we are not considering sending the baby to infant care?

For me, I think it’s possible, but something will probably have to give. 😅 A newborn can be quite demanding, especially during growth spurts, naps, feeds and when they’re fussy. If your helper is already handling all the housework plus cooking lunch and dinner daily, it may be hard for her to be the main caregiver for baby at the same time. What worked for my friends was shifting priorities after baby arrived. The helper focused more on babycare and only the essential household chores, while parents took over some tasks or simplified meals. With your toddler in full-day preschool, that does help free up some time during the day though. Maybe monitor for a few weeks first and see how your helper copes. Every baby is different… some are easier, some need much more attention
