Late period + negative result ~ any similar experiences?

Anyone has similar experiences? I tested around 3–4 days after my missed period using a digital kit, and it came back negative. Now it’s been about 6 days, and still no period. Does a negative result at that point usually mean it’s final? I’ve bought another test (the line-strip type) and was thinking it might more sensitive than the digital one, but I haven’t had the courage to try yet… a bit worried about another disappointment. Extra information: a few weeks ago, I used a Clearblue ovulation kit but didn’t catch any surge, though we still baby dance for a few days around that time.

Test your first pee in the morning and if still negative then it's probably just stress

Bleeding due to hormone pills?

Hi mummies! Wanted to ask can taking hormone pills make us bleed during 1st trimester? I needed to insert the pills directly down there due to water bag burst during my 1st pregnancy..

Yes momma, vaginal hormone pills (especially progesterone support) can sometimes cause light bleeding or spotting because the cervix becomes more sensitive during pregnancy. The insertion itself can also irritate the area a bit. But since you’re in 1st trimester, it’s still important not to assume it’s only from the pills, especially if the bleeding becomes heavy, bright red, comes with cramps, or has clots. Better to update your gynae so they can advise properly based on your history too ❤️ Hope everything is okay and it’s just minor irritation from the medication

My first HCG when I was 5weeks plus was 891+ after 2 days it was 1400++, my gyne said it was only going up 57% not a ideal rate. I'm so worried and scared. My appointment is tmr. And I don't know what to expect. Is it really that bad 😢 #askmommies

its not a good sign unfortunately, could be indicative of an ectopic pregnancy or some other kind of abnormal development. hugs to you mama.

I went for my 3rd ultrasound yesterday and I was supposed to be 10 wks. Doctor said he couldn't see or hear baby's heartbeat and I am scheduled for another ultrasound in a week's time. Just a month ago, we heard baby's heartbeat loud and clear...

I did mine sgh subsidised. Dr Hema was the one who did the IUI and she was very good and assuring. She is very professional too. Successful at first try and now 18 weeks.

Hey Mums, I will be giving birth via elective caesaran under subsidised route in a few weeks time and would like to start packing my hospital bag. Can anyone share what's the essential to pack for mum and baby (other than going back home clothes, receiving blanket etc)? I've seen other mummies bringing the cabin size luggage (so that it's easier to pull rather than having to carry). The last time i gave birth was 4 years ago via vaginal birth so i'm not sure what to expect this time. Thanks in advance! ♥️
