Any part time nanny for north area in sg

Anyone knows an experience baby sitter which is cheap n good. Have one which cost over 200+ per day 830-6pm which I find it expensive, or any day care centre to intro ? Cause my Bb pre sch is closed in Sep. Any suggestions or solutions. Ty

You can try using ‘Aunty’ app. The nannies and babysitters are trained.

Mil told my daughter that she can't eat the food she buy...

Mil will tell my daughter that she can't eat because your mother say you can't eat. She will eat in front of my daughter and say that. My daughter just sit there watching h her eating and can't eat. My daughter is 5yo this year. Seriously i am not aware of this until yesterday!!! I think she been saying the for very long because I heard she say (.... Can't your mother say can't, not Idw to give you is your mother say can't.) . Idw to ask my daughter cause she is just a kids. It really hurt me when I found out she buy the food my daughter can't eat and yet she eat in front of her. Can anyone advise how can I make it up for my daughter? How can I talk or do anything to make my daughter little feelings better?

seems like either your mil is not thoughtful enough or she's just doing it on purpose. talk to your hub, tell him what happened. let him handle. what your mil is doing is not healthy behaviour. bring your daughter out for a fun day together and gently explain to her why those food she cant eat. hope things get settled smoothly for u!

Face/body cream for babies/toddlers

I've started giving my 5yo and 10m children tiny massages before bed. But ive been using adult moisturizers on them, and no rashes so far. But i think i should not because of all the different ingredients in it. I have tried cetaphil baby face and body lotions, and my children would break out in rashes. Do you have any recommendations for face/body creams for sensitive skin for babies/toddlers?

My baby is also 10 months old and has sensitive skin. I have been using mustela (very sensitive in red) version. Even the normal one works for him too. https://pupsik.sg/shop-by-brands/mustela/

Baby refusing bottle

Anyone experiencing this? No teething no fever...just out of the blue baby refusing milk bottle.... so now drinking is an issue. E.g. we tried all sorts of sippy cups, other brand bottles, etc.. but no success... baby currently drink slowly from straw (although still dun really know how) and spoon fed..... any tips? Any bottle or cup to recommend? Isn't it too early to wean off????? #help

I’ve brought up this matter to his PD before but he say it’s nothing serious since LO rashes will subside after shower. It’s probably heat rash or he’s sensitive to something. All the products he use are mostly hypoallergenic. But it’s still pretty concerning to me as he will keep scratching his neck when sleeping at night and wake up with neck rashes to the back. Have anyone experienced the same situation? Might this be an early sign of Eczema?

Heat rash or?

For my LO, heat rash will occur usually after shower cause we shower with warm water. If heat rash, can let baby go topless daytime or get those holey singlets, likewise for bottom area, can go diaperless to air dry the area after cleaning. At night can dress lightly instead of PJ and remove all the pillows/blankets (kids tend to perspire more easily). I can’t advise if it’s eczema cause we only encountered heat rash before.

Help on feeding - baby suddenly refusing to drink

My baby normally drink around 850 to 900ml but for the past 1 week she refused to drink and in the end only manage around 600ml ish. Not teething, no fever, not sure why.... quite stressed because scared the weight dropping, any mommy experiencing this? If yes, any tip on how to boost the appetite again?

My LO also like that recently. But its cos of teething and sleep regression. I just make sure she finishes her meal :)

Hello mommies. Any mommy still pumping now? Can I know if your breastmilk is sufficient for your baby? My baby is drinking more milk now and my supply can no longer keep up with baby’s demand. Is this normal? #firsttimemom
