GP again or paed for urgent care?

My LO (7m) has been coughing for a week and I've visited the GP already. She suddenly got a 38-39 degree fever last night. Should I go to the paed or visit the GP again?

Best shampoo ever!

Best shampoo ever! I have medium – long length hair and 2 pumps of the shampoo is all I need for it to lather up well. The smell is amazing and doesn’t leave my hair feeling dry. Definitely noticed a reduce in hair loss after 4+ times using this shampoo ❤️❤️👍🏼

I love it
