Jabbing stomach pains

Im 6 weeks in. I experienced sharp stomach pain multiple times in a night. First when i was carry a bag (not too heavy) and later when i reached for something overhead. In between there were mild episodes of jabbing pain too though it comes in pangs and eventually subsided. No spotting. My earliest gynea appointment is 2 weeks later. Is this normal?

I have the same experiences as you too! I told my gynae during my appointment and she prescribed me with utrogestan and gave me a progesterone injection. I'm still having such sharp stomach pain intermittently too but I guess if there's no bleeding should be fine.

I’m 6 weeks today and really paranoid about losing the pregnancy.

Omg same. I am first time mom and at my 6weeks too. Worse is that i do not have any symptoms for pregnancy which makes me feels like not pregnant at all ? 🥴🥴

Anyone taken Utrogestan vaginally before? If yes how many mg and did you have any side effects?

Nervous to try as Dr prescribed me with 400mg x Twice a day. Is it too much?

i have been prescribed the same dosage as you too. dont worry, trust your Dr's professionalism and take it accordingly 😊

On Duphaston for 2nd day still spotting

Am having spotting, and I heeded one of the members' advice just that I went to Chas accredited GP instead of polyclinic and managed to get the KKH subsidised rate when I went to the Urgent O&G unit. Dr. gave Duphaston yst day. However, I am still having spotting even after duphaston. Is this normal?

perhaps a progesterone injection may help? can check with your gynae on it. all the best!

Hello! I observed brown discharge in my Week 5 going 6 of pregnancy, should I worry?

It was spotting yesterday but today it got heavier into a 1 stream of brown discharge :( slightly worried and its our 1st, not sure what to do..

same.. 2nd week now of light brown spotting everyday (going wk7) ...

First Time visit to obgyn should the hubs come along? And what questions should I ask my obgyn?#firsttimemom

I'm kkh subsidies. For both pregnancy, the doctor arranged a dating scan on first appointment to see how many weeks is the baby. For first one I discovered I'm pregnant at like quite late haha. so the first dating scan we heard the baby heartbeat and it was a moment that I remembered it till date because we are both first time parents and we can't describe how emotional we felt and I'm glad my husband came along to share this moment with me... for my second one, I discovered it too early. When I went for the dating scan, I'm only at week 5. the sonographer were telling me she can't see the baby can only see the sac. I was so worried .... my husband didn't follow me this time round and I actually wished he did. I'm at week 11 now. we agreed that for scanning, my husband will follow me. the routine gynae appointment I don't mind going myself. I would think its good for your husband to come with you for the visit so that he will know what to expect. because there will be a genetic counselling as well as arranging an appointment for full blood count check on your husband thalassemia. that's for kkh.
