my legs sometimes feel cold and uncomfortable, and i'm wondering if it could be related to poor circulation. has anyone been diagnosed with peripheral arterial disease? any advice?

This one better not wait lah, please go see a doctor soon. Cold, uncomfortable legs can be quite a few different things, and a doctor needs to check your circulation properly to know what's going on. In the meantime, take note of when it happens and what it feels like so you can tell the doctor. Wishing you all the best and hope it's nothing serious.
