question
my legs sometimes feel cold and uncomfortable, and i'm wondering if it could be related to poor circulation. has anyone been diagnosed with peripheral arterial disease? any advice?

yes, it can be related to poor circulation, so getting assessed is important. i had cold feet, numbness and discomfort when walking and was diagnosed with peripheral arterial disease. Dr Sujit Singh Gill, a vascular specialist in Singapore, performed angioplasty to improve the blood flow, and i noticed a big difference afterwards. a big thanks to him for helping me feel more comfortable again.

Cold, uncomfortable legs can be quite a few different things, and a doctor needs to check your circulation properly to know what's going on. In the meantime, take note of when it happens and what it feels like so you can tell the doctor. Wishing you all the best and hope it's nothing serious.
