need help has anyone experience sciatica after giving birth?

Hi mummies! 🤍 Ever since I gave birth, I've been having this tingling, pins and needles kind of pain in my lower back that sometimes seems to run down from my back. I'm wondering if it could be sciatica, but I'm really not sure. I kept thinking it would go away on its own while taking care of my little one, but it's still there and I'm starting to get worried. Has anyone experienced this after giving birth? If you did, could you recommend a good doctor? I'd really appreciate any recommendations. Thank you so much! 🥹 #help_mom

Hi! I'm so sorry you're going through this, especially with a newborn to look after. 🤍 I can only imagine how exhausting that must be. My sister had sciatica a while back (not during pregnancy), and she saw Dr Colum Nolan, her spine doctor in Singapore. He really helped her, and she's doing much better now. It might be worth getting it checked by a spine specialist, just to make sure it's nothing more serious. They can advise you on what's safe and suitable, whether it's medication, physiotherapy, or another treatment. I really hope you get some relief soon so you can enjoy this precious time with your little one. Take care! 💕
