anyone else having circulation problems?

my feet sometimes feel cold and numb, especially at night. not sure if it’s a circulation issue. has anyone experienced something similar and can recommend a good doctor?

Maybe u can try to wear compression socks first. Although it tight to put on but it helps ur legs blood flow, keep ur feet warm and reduce fluid buildup. Most recommend buy the socks length above knee. For me, im fine with the one below my knee.
