I totally get it, spondyloarthritis can be really tough to manage, especially when the morning stiffness hits hard and you're dealing with that lower back pain that just won't shift for hours. From what I've gathered, a lot of people find that early movement actually helps more than staying still, so stretching or even a gentle walk once you're up can make a difference with the stiffness. My neighbour swears by seeing a rheumatologist who specialises in this rather than a general GP, because they can tailor the treatment plan properly, whether that's physio, anti-inflammatory medication, or lifestyle adjustments. The buttock and lower back area seem to be where most people feel it worst, and consistency with exercises (even just 15, 20 minutes daily) seems to keep things more manageable long-term than sporadic efforts. That said, everyone's case is a bit different, so it's really worth checking in with your own doctor or specialist to make sure whatever you try fits your specific situation and severity. Hope you find something that gives you relief soon!
