Hi everyone, I am 7 weeks pregnant...Just to ask for your opinions if drinking the vitasoy packet milk that we can buy at supermarket is safe for pregnant?

i drank vitasoy once a week.. other than that i drank mr bean soya milk w/o sugar about twice a week

Yes! I take nutrisoy though as it tastes more natural to me. 😊
