Ankle in pain

My right side ankle is always painful when i send my eldest daughter to school , its like a 10 min walk tgt with travel back home. But it started to be in pain like after 5 mins . And my hand is swelling bad too 😭 its my 4th pregnancy and i finally have a babyboy after 3 girls , and the swelling plus ankle happens to me for the first time . Any home treatment i can do?

Umi Maisarah moment | theAsianparenthi guys , i have bloated stomach cause my last pregnancy, i didnt take care of my stomach well . but i dont know why i feel like i should test the pregnancy test kit even before my period comes this month . isit really positive ? as i accidentally pee alot and it kinda kena the circle part also . i just couldn’t believe it . Alhamdulillah if im pregnant 🥲

sleepless nights

hi mummies! is any of you having sleepless nights due to baby sleeps at 5-6am in the morning? how do you cope , especially when you’re working in the morning? my 2 year old sleeps at 10pm for a nap , that last for 2 hrs . ans then she wokes up at 12-1am to play till 6am. :( tough days for mummies like me :(
