Supply dropped after covid

I just recovered from covid, and my milk supply dropped from 120ml to 70-80ml each pump. I have been drinking lots of water and taking supplyments but it's not working. Has anyone had the same experience? Did your supply eventually come back to normal?

If my pump schedule is 2am,5am, 8am and I happen to overslept and woke up at 2.30am. Do I still pump at 5 am or adjust the time to 5.30am, 8.30am ect...?

Milk supply tends to drop at night

My milk supply tends to decrease at night compared to the day. Does any mummies have the same experience? I wonder if it is because I don't take any supper or snacks at night. Will it help if take midnight snacks, milo or something?

Evening yields typically lower milk output from around 7-10pm. Highest milk output usually around 1-3am. Which part of the night you usually pump and referring to? Drink more water, eat sweet stuff and take supplements such as fenugreek to help boost your milk supply overall. And most impt have sufficient rest.

Things to bring for a stay cation

Hi mummies. Im going for a stay cation with my (almost) 2years old girl & I have a long list of things I plan to bring. Please share with me what are things you would bring along? TIA :)

Super Mom

Clothes (plus long sleeved one for night time), socks Diapers, wet wipes If milk is needed, the small UHT packets, milk bottle + bottle brush/cleanser Toiletries Favourite toy for bedtime Books/toys Bibs Some spare storebought small packs of baby food and snacks (in case the outside food is not suitable/takes a long time to come), kiv with small travel bowl and spoon Baby may take a longer time to fall asleep since she’s in a new environment, so be prepared to lights out early to give her more time to adjust and get to sleep:)

With Covid, d o you visit your parents/grandparents with your LO?

Due to covid, I never bring my 21months old girl back to my mum's + grandma's place for a month. I miss them and likewise they miss my LO too. I think it's reasonable for me to go back once a month but my husband doesn't agree. He thinks that we should only go back when the cases drops to hundreds. No right or wrong here but wanna hear from other parents out there. What will you do?

How to clean your LO ears

My girl is one year old. I washed her hair every day (with running water down her head) and I am worry about water entering her ears. Mummy any tips to share? She doesn't like me to carry her and wash her head (the way we wash for a newborn)

I just enter clean cloth and clean baby's ears very carefully after every bath.

LO sleep through the night?

Hi mummies, does your LO wakes up in the middle of the night? At what age did your LO manage to sleep through the whole night?

Actually it depends . My boy can sleep through the night when he have enough food (3 meals 2 snacks in between ) at 1 year old . But if he is not getting enough , he would wake up once or twice .
