Baby solid food and water
Hi Community! Just wanted to ask, when can my baby start solid food and also drink plain water? Thank you!
My PD recommended me to start around 5 months. Depending on your LO's development, you can actually start introducing puree at 4 months. If you are intending to do led weaning then do it when LO is 6 months old.
6 months is a good age. Here’s a good guide on introducing solids to your little one: https://sg.theasianparent.com/dos-and-donts-of-introducing-solids-in-your-babys-diet/
I went to kkh and the PD recommended to start solids at 4 months. I started with afew tea spoon of Gerber rice and milk. Just to let her have a taste of it.
Started mine at 6 months. Avocado, basic bland vegetables.. and those (organic) single ingredient cereal that doesn't contain extra sugar.
6th months on wards can start solids , but water can give any time but few spoons .. of water preferred ..
I started mine with solids at 6 months, and a little bit of water after he started solid.
Start when ur LO can sit up straight. Water when they start solid :)
Hi... you can start to introduce solids to your baby from 6 months
