Lazy to cook for my 1 year old but doc says not to feed purées anymore

Any ideas on easy meals I can prepare? I’m already cooking simple pan fried meats and boiled vegetables. But any other easy quick meals I can prepare for my 1-year old that is nutritious? I am a FTWM and I don’t have any help.

36 weeks - hurts when I roll over in bed
