Single parents, when did you finally decide that it's totally over and how did you know it's the right time? What were your adjustments?

My father raised us alone and brought us away from our mom when the relationship started to destroy themselves. I believe this is my father's last straw as he exhausted all ways possible to salvage his relationship with my mother. He took us away and decided to renew our lives precisely because he wanted to protect us, his three children, from all the possible grievances that we may witness if they continue living together. I believe it's the right time to leave whenever things just won't work. Failed relationships, for me, is like a rotten body part. Cut it, no matter how painful, so the rest of you survives. Sharing with you one of my most favorite quotes on gripping things and letting them go.

Tcm can helps u regulate ur periods and "fine tune" your body back if there's any other issues.

i also knew my hubby when we were in primary school. we got together when we met up again after poly graduation. we were together for 5 years and 7 years of wedding with 2 kids age 6 and 4.

Dear mommiies & daddies, a question about 《SEX》In marriage. How important does 《SEX》play a part in a marriage? Can both stay together without《SEX》? I've been undergoing 《SEXLESS》marriage almost 6mths. Even i initial the first step my husband will give lots of excuses or reasons to back up the 《SEXLESS》with me. Even i try to talk to him, he'll tell me no or nothing else. I'm really getting tired & fed up in such relationship. Simply don't feel as a couple. Last week, we ever try to move on who know everything back to NONE!!! I feel hurt feel neglect. And that day i meet my a guy friend of mine. He try to start handky panky with me. Instead of stopping him i NEVER. I know i should'nt do that but i really feel good. And the other way HATE whenever i see or think of my husband at home. Always say tired don't even involve handle ours child or the family yet always say tired. Btw, he working 5days job with office hours. This is simply not acceptable for a 《SEXLESS》relationship. I told my friend about it, they say to me he might have a affair so "tired" to perform. Really tired of trying or keep giving him chances to hurt or neglect me.

Are the essential oils used in aromatic products bad/poisoning?

Hello Pamela, contrary to their popular use now, over-exposure to essential oils is actually more harmful than we realise. Here are a few ways they are actually harmful: 1. Long term use of products containing essential oils can cause skin discolouration as well as burning sensation. In fact, it can increase tanning if you're stepping out in the sun after using an essential oil based product. 2. If you're already suffering from some health condition, even sniffing a little amount of essential oil can lead to severe side effects. Various essential oils can react differently to your already existing condition, so be careful. 3. Essential oils are extremely concentrated, so you have to know how much to dilute before using a specific oil (and the amount may vary from oil to oil). Also - it can be fatal if taken orally. I love using essential oils too, but just be careful and always keep them away from your child's and pet's reach.

My husband is a busy man and since am pregnant, I want him to be more involved with the pregnancy. How can I make him more involved?

Whenever he is around, talk to him about how you feel, what physical changes are you experiencing. Always make sure that you go with him to visit your doctor. Going to the doctor for regular check-ups will make him feel part of the whole journey. Once in a while if he misses it, is fine. Discuss everything with him, right from the baby shower to making a nursery. There are innumerable ideas on the Internet that you can explore. On and off instead of doing things all on your own, give him the responsibility of getting things done for you, for example; getting your medicine or getting a big-size dress. When he gets time go for outings and take a stroll hand-in-hand and talk about how things.

My SIL and I just do not get along that well and are mostly formal with each other. But now that I am pregnant, I want things to be good for my baby in the future. How do I initiate a discussion with her?

Find something the both of you like to do and do it together. Maybe go baby shopping together? Go for lunches and just hang out together. Start small, have regular dates and I'm sure the bond of sisterhood will grow :) good luck!
