Do I have to drink milk as I'm 13 week pregnant?any recommendation?

When you suffered from a long runny and stuffy nose, does your doctor prescribed Zyrtec-D? Is Zyrtec-D safe for pregnancy?

Nope, Zyrtec D is not recommended to be used during pregnancy. Just take normal zyrtec will do. Althought nornal zyrtec cant help with stuffy nose but can help with runny nose.

Early Pregnancy Feels Like?

Hi mummies! What does early pregnancy feels like? Do you crave more or don’t feel like eating? Do you feel sleepy ALL THE TIME? Do you feel nausea but don’t actually vomit? Should we be eating (picking the right food) and restricting (those we should not eat)?

Baby weight is abt 1.1kg. Is it ok? Gynae said is ok... but alot of my friends who are preg.. their babies are like alrdy 1.3kg- 1.4kg. Should i be worried and start eating all the protein stuff? Or should i just eat normally as they say 3rd tri baby will grow v fast. Opinions? Thanks!

Since gynae said its ok, then there really is nothing to worry about. As long as baby is developing well and no complications. All pregnancies or baby development is different.

Brown discharge

Hi mummies, I'm currently 7 weeks and second pregnancy. I previously miscarried at 21 weeks last year. This pregnancy around my 5th week i saw brown discharge on my liner about 20cents size. I have yet to go for my first appointment then so I called the clinic. Doctor did a vaginal scan, saw a gestational sac. Baby was very tiny hiding at the far most corner of the gestational sac. Doc said seems like a miscarriage is on the way or a threatened miscarriage. That was the only brown discharge I had. There was a little brown clumps too when Doctor removed the vaginal tube from below. 2 days later I had very light brown discharge. Also very tiny spot. Doc gave me progesterone pills. Take 2. 2 times a day. I've been taking it. Currently having severe food aversion. I can't seem to eat anything or keep anything down. I feel very nauseous. Not much vomiting but super nauseous. Everyday I'm worried. My appointment date got pushed to 2 weeks ahead. I have a toddler. Super active and clingy. He wants me to carry and I really feel so scared to carry him too. And that makes me feel so bad and terrible. Has anyone had brown discharge at 7 weeks?

My first HCG when I was 5weeks plus was 891+ after 2 days it was 1400++, my gyne said it was only going up 57% not a ideal rate. I'm so worried and scared. My appointment is tmr. And I don't know what to expect. Is it really that bad 😢 #askmommies

its not a good sign unfortunately, could be indicative of an ectopic pregnancy or some other kind of abnormal development. hugs to you mama.

Bleeding due to hormone pills?

Hi mummies! Wanted to ask can taking hormone pills make us bleed during 1st trimester? I needed to insert the pills directly down there due to water bag burst during my 1st pregnancy..

Hey mama, yes some light spotting can happen when using pills vaginally, especially in the first trimester. The cervix is more sensitive during pregnancy, so inserting the pill can sometimes cause a bit of irritation or slight bleeding. That said, it’s still something to keep an eye on. If it’s just light spotting and stops, it’s usually not a concern. But if the bleeding becomes heavier like a period, has clots, or comes with cramps or pain, it’s best to contact your OB as soon as you can. Since you’ve had a previous experience with your water bag bursting, it would be a good idea to keep your doctor informed as well, just so they can guide you more closely this time
