Hi mummies, ftm here im still not exactly sure whats needed in hospital bag. Is the below fine ? Am i missing out anything ? Im planning to just use back the same outfit for admission and going back. And im not sure if itll be natural or csect delivery since im still 35weeks. - 10x kotex overnight panties (incase) - Socks /compression socks - Tummy Binder (incase of csect) - small towel - hoodie (incase its cold) - breast pad & nursing butter - toiletries - portable bidet spray - charger & powerbank - portable handheld fan (incase of sweaty) - electric & manual breast pump (incase need LC’s advise on usage & flange size) - baby’s gg home outfit #FTM

i only packed portable bidet spray, charger, breast pump, bb gg home outfit and ic. wore my nursing bra there. haha yes i agree, since already pay for it, just use the pads and disposable panties provided. u will be too tired and sore to care about the quality of the pads 😁

Im currently under KKH, will be changed to private gynae at 35 weeks, still under KK. Those mummy that got HL before their EDD from their gynae, were you given from the date of your visit or the start date of HL was be given in advanced ? Like the start date of HL is a week after your hospital visit #FTM

I was in similar situation as you - changed to private gynae at KKH at 35 weeks+- and got my HL of 3 weeks on the same day of my first visit as a private patient as I was experiencing pelvic pain. Ended up I delivered naturally 1 week after HL was given lol

C sect recovery

How do u sleep when you had c sect? I really hate sleeping on my back for so many days How u wake up and get down from bed? I find this is super challenging even though i am already on my 4th day. Always accidentally use stomach muscle which i think we shouldnt so that for now?

sleep walk as per normal with the help of binder. of course, I do make it slow compare to normal day

How to shower after c sect?

Hi mummies, finally gv birth to little one:):):) Please any of you can let me know how to shower at home and if it is ok for the wound to touch the water? Doc say ok for the wound to touch the water but i am still worried. Ill have confinement nanny who will let me shower with the herbs. When can i start reapply my belly care regime? Like bio oil

Paranoid - Symptoms at week 12

I’m extremely paranoid. I’ve lost all or most of my symptoms suddenly. Including my morning sickness, nausea and etc but I’ve just went to the gynae a week back and all the scans are great. Just got my NICE test result via sms and everything is good. However, the lack of symptom is making me worried . Should I visit the gynae or wait for my next appointment in 2 weeks time?

I’m currently 5 weeks preg and I’m having cramps everyday. Is it normal ? It feels like menstruation cramp. No bleeding as of now but not sure if I should be worried .

Hello mommies and mommies-to-be, just wondering how many times did you wake up in the middle of the night to pee when you are pregnant ? I’m currently 9 weeks preg and I’m waking up twice every night to pee. Just wondering if I will be expecting more 🤔
