Attending wedding during first trimester

Is it ok to attend wedding during first trimester? As it will still be in the first trimester during the wedding day, it will not be so convenient to tell the bride earlier..

Its up to your comfort level. I attended a wedding in my first trimester but still gave birth to a healthy baby!
