how can i stop vomiting?

i’m only 8 weeks and i literally throw up every 20-30 mins. it’s torturing.

Find out what triggers the vomiting. For me its milk. Anything with milk triggers my nausea

When should I announce my pregnancy to my close family and close mentor?

Guess alot of us have this question, when should we tell? I'm 42yo and at week 7-ish, had a miscarriage 2 years ago so had some concerns when to tell. As much as I very much wanna share this great news but also scare =(

Told my family at 2/3 months in but friends after 3 months, workplace at 4 months

Hi mummies do u know if theres a good brand for pregnancy belt that isnt itchy or make ur skin feel hot?

hi! i actually was using the OppO maternity belt during my second trimester and entering my 3rd trimester but i find it slightly lose as my pregnant belly is relatively smaller than average (i even got the smallest size). but it is actually a good support belt even though it was slightly big for me- i wore it to sleep/rest because doctor recommended to help with my posture! i did not have any itchiness or skin feeling hot while using it the whole day at work! something to consider!

Advice on polyclinic route

Hi mummies! I just found out I am pregnant and am currently at week4, we plan to head down to polyclinic to get a referral this week but unsure when will we get an appt at the hospital. We have a trip planned at week7-8. Will yall recommend waiting for the hospital appt or shall I go to a private clinic to get an early scan (just to check location of pregnancy, viability etc)? Want to get a piece of mind before we travel

hey there. i feel ur anxiousness. but usually its more difficult to see or hear anything before week 7. im on the polyclinic route with kkh. usually u will receive the appt sms within 2 weeks and the appt itself within 3 weeks. U can check ur health buddy appt. sometimes there will show the appt before u receive the sms. U can also try calling the hospital and see if they have records of ur referral and if can expedite ur appt.

Weight not gain

Hi mummies, im currently in my 24 weeks and i did not gain any weight at all.. My original weight is 65kg but now down with 62kg..previous 2 pregnancy i gain weight like nobody business..should i be worried?

As long as your baby is growing well, no need to worry. I also lost weight, same weight as you. But after stop breastfeeding I gained more weight back 😭

Is it normal for legs to be swollen up im the first weeks of pregnancy ?

Hello! How many weeks are you? I think symptoms might differ from person to person but I think it is normal to swell a little or feel a little bloated throughout pregnancy. If you worry, trust your instinct, and inform the doctor asap! It could be an early sign of pre-eclampsia. I was unnaturally swollen in my second trimester in my first pregnancy- it affected my fingers so much that I couldn’t really bend them!

Its only 3weeks i found out i was pregnant, my legs are swollen almost everyday . Whyyyyyy is that sooo

Swelling at 3 weeks sounds quite early, though it can happen with hormonal changes from pregnancy. The thing is, swelling can also be a sign of other stuff like dehydration, salt intake, or even how much you're moving around, so might be good to mention it to your PD or gynae just to check everything's okay and rule out anything else. In the meantime, try keeping your feet up when you can and drinking plenty of water, as that usually helps a bit.

What should I do?

9months postpartum, but I am pregnant again. I have 3 kids now. 9years, 6years and 9months. not sure if I would want to carry on with this pregnancy or terminate it? What will u guys do if u are in my shoes?

It’s a life after all, perhaps after that you can take birth control pills or get your husband to do vasectomy.

Is it normal to have so much of vaginal discharge the first trimester?

Yes very very normal! Use a pregnancy safe intimate wash for this problem
