Is relactsiton possible? And does poly provide such consultation?

Hi. I’m 10months pp n stopped breastfeeding & pumping when my baby is arnd 5 months old. I tried to do relactation few times but my milk supply still low. Does polyclinics provide consultation for relactation purposes?

Vertigo/headache/migraine

Hi! I've been having very very bad headache since my first tri up to now abt 18 weeks. Gp said vertigo. Hosp just gve panadol. I can't cope 😫 anyone experienced this before? Often feels like fainting. Like my brain can't handle slightest stuffs...

parent teacher conference

what do you usually ask at a parent teacher conference? my son is 10 months old. my comcern is how is her speech development doing as I know teachers are not always there to talk to the kids at IFC. my son is our first child and not sure what to expect for milestone. milestone says suppose to able to say some syllables but we not sure if he is actually doing it or we are just imagining it. what else should I be asking pertaining to development?

sleeo through the night

my girl has been steadily sleeping through the night since 4 months plus. recently at 8 months plus, she has been waking up one time at between 3-5am for milk. we tried to increase milk intake per feed but she is not consistently finishing it so we did not permanently increase the milk. she is also taking breakfast cereals and porridge for lunch. not sure is this period of growth spurt or sleep regression? we don't know what's wrong

As the kids grow up, their sleeping pattern changes. My #2 STTN till before she turns 1. However, recently either she sleeps late or she will wake up middle night.

Crying badly before sleep

During the day my 12 weeks old baby play well, eat well, naps well. She also sleep very well at night, only wake up when hungry and will sleep back after feeding. However every time wanting to put her to sleep is a challenge, she will cry and cry non stop. Myself and my hubby cannot console her to sleep, only my helper can. However my baby prefer to sleeps with me. Im confused
