15 month old does not want to eat

My 15 month toddler has fluctuating appetite. Some days she can eat quite a bit but on other days she barely eats. I’m always stressing over her food intake and I don’t know what else to do #Needadvice #firsttimemom

My toddler was the same around that age. Some days she ate a lot, other days almost nothing 😅 My PD said it’s quite common as growth slows down after 1 year. I found it helpful to focus on weekly intake instead of daily intake and avoid forcing meals. As long as she’s active, growing well, and having enough wet diapers, try not to stress too much ❤️
