Is it a mucus plug?

I am 30 weeks 3 days and realize some jelly white subs came out. Is it a mucus plug? I don't feel pain but when baby is kicking, I felt thru my rectum and felt like pooping. Should I be alarmed? This my 2nd pregnancy, I don't have this problem from my first.

When is your gynae appointment? Maybe you can monitor if there’s any pain or bleeding first then let your gynae know during your check up.

I’ve heard that TENS machines can help with contraction pain. Are they really effective? Any recommendations for affordable brands, or does anyone have one I could borrow?

Never heard of this machine before! Best to check with your gynae if it’s really okay to use this machine.

Currently 10 weeks pregnant, craving so bad to sip for a lipton tea with hand pressed lemons. I've read too much articles on having some tea while pregnant. Some of them stated that it's safe to drink tea during pregnancy. Some say it contains caffeine. Mommies, do u sip on tea everyday during your pregnancy?

Toothache during 2nd trimester

Hi mummies im 16 wks pregnant and my tooth started to ache this past few days. Is there anyone here experienced or experiencing this? Which polyclinic or dentist you went to? Badly needed as its becoming very painful. Took panadol but it only gives a temporary relief. Thanks in advance

Yes normal. Maybe you can do some light stretching or pre natal yoga to stretch. Just Google or watch on YouTube

KKH GYNAE Hospitalisation Leave

Hi! Im going to change to the private route soon and have to choose a gynae. Personally and initially, i didn’t mind anyone as long as the gynae is a female. But came to think of it, i would appreciate being given HL nearing to my EDD as im an engineer who often goes out on field during my course of work. Do you know any gynae who are not stingy with HL? Here’s some gynaes’ names that ive came across on forums: Dr Suzannah Dr Ada Ng Dr Sim Wen Shan Dr Lee Jiah Min (she was my first choice but she moved to TMC ) Dr Jessie Phoon If you happen to have experience/s with any of these fynae do share as well pleaseeee

Can try mount alvernia gynaes , they still give HL at 33wks
