AIA not claimable

Wah this one really make me very frustrated and upset on your behalf lah! How can like that, baby just born already got fracture and insurance still don't want to cover, this kind of thing happen during delivery not like we can control right? I suggest you write in formally to AIA to appeal the decision and bring all the medical documents, and if still cannot then go see a financial adviser or even consult CASE or MAS because newborn fracture during birth should be claimable under most policies lah, don't just accept their answer and give up!
