Any mummies used those cooling spray from dondonki to cool urself down? Is it suitable for preggys? #3rdtrimester

I haven't used that specific one, but I'd check the ingredients first, mum 😅 Some of those cooling sprays work by using menthol, alcohol, or other cooling agents on the skin. They're generally not known to be harmful in pregnancy when used occasionally on intact skin, but not all products are specifically tested for pregnant women. If you're feeling really hot in the 3rd tri, safer options are usually things like a handheld fan, cooling towel, cool showers, staying hydrated, and avoiding the hottest parts of the day
Read moreI haven't tried those cooling sprays myself, but honestly for pregnancy safety it's better to check with your gynae or PD first since your skin is already more sensitive during the third trimester. A few of us mums just stick to lighter clothing, staying hydrated, and those portable fans when we're out and about, which feels safer. The heat is really tough in the last few months though, so definitely worth asking your doctor what they recommend for cooling down safely.
