Little feet 🦶

Week28 and baby2 inside tummy kicking 🦵, day noon or even night. Very different from baby1. Anybody experience it?

First time mum here. I have a long fur cat. Hehe. I brush his fur daily and try to do deshedding weekly. There are still some floating fur around. My mom is worried that my newborn will “breathe” in the fur. Lol. Anybody in the same situation as me? How do you manage shedding fur? I’m afraid I may have less time to brush and deshed as frequently as I am now.

KKH Appointment

Hi there! Anyone been to the Children's Tower for pregnancy check up? I'm currently at 31 weeks but my next check up was rescheduled from the 10th Feb to 23rd Feb (which is more than a month since my previous) at the Children's Tower instead of the normal Clinic B & antenatal.. any opinions? Should i be worried?

Baby size at 28 weeks

Doc mentioned that baby is on the bigger side at week 28. Tummy seems to be big and weigh around 1.7 kg. I don't have sugar lvl issue and total weight gain is around 9 kg. Any mummy have any tips or similar case ? Thanks #askmommies #Needadvice #firstmom

Samesies here. Dr happily say eh baby 99th percentile and under 30 weeks. But bro I barely have my meals or snack at all 😭😭😭 Still nauseous and vomiting. So idk what I'm doing wrong too.

Hi all, this is my 1st pregnancy, currently at 28 weeks and cant help thinking about the delivery, whether is it natural or c-sect, whether pain or not. Any tips on what i can do to prepare myself?#Needadvice

My first was super painful and I went in blind. I knew I didn't want epidural or intervention but had no idea what to do when the pain hit. In the end epidural (failed twice) and still went ahead with natural and baby had issues too. Umm maybe start looking around for doula classes. I went to kkh class but still under prepared. Now second one incoming and super scared of any complications which usually leads to csect e.g. breech baby or preeclampsia. Im still so uninformed even with private gynae so if u have the money and time source out knowledge for the last lap. 😢

Hips and tailbone pain

I’m only approaching week 12 but waking up everyday with hips pain and tailbone pain. I sleep on my side and have tried wedge pillow and u shape pillow but doesn’t seem to work?

continue sleeping on ur side preferable left for better circulation and enhance support by placing 1 or 2 pillows between ur knees extending down to ankles to keep ur hips aligned

VBAM - vaginal birth after myomectomy

Hello, was wondering if any mum has opted for vaginal birth after myomectomy surgery instead of C section? If yes, what was your experience like? Did you have uterine rupture? I had a laparoscopy myomectomy last year and thinking if I should go for vaginal birth. Doc recommended c section though

How does baby kick feels like?

I am at week 22, but I am not sure if the baby kick and I cant feel, or baby havent kick yet? Should I be worried?

If you feel something like bubble popping, then it’s your baby kicking! As your baby grows bigger, it will be more obvious that it’s a kick. Now there’s still a lot of spaces for your baby, so the kick is not obvious.

Getting a little more movement

I was hoping to feel a little movement around week 18, but maybe baby was still too tiny. So I waited another two weeks, and at week 20… yes, baby finally moved! I’m absolutely thrilled! That gentle little fist bump made me so happy. 😆 It might sound silly, even though this is my second pregnancy, but I just feel so blessed. ❤️
