My take: If you want a structured 30-day phased approach with very clear labelling, go Lao Ban Niang. If you want something more budget-friendly from a widely available brand, Hock Hua is a solid choice. Either way, most mummies have had good experiences with both! 💪

Both are fine! I have seen good reviews for both before.
