Which day after given birth can start to wash hair? Can use warm shower to wash hair or must use herb bath to wash? Currently i am on day 10 of confinement and every day i shower my bottom with warm water to cleanse my wound and use a small tower dip in warm water to clean my upper body.

I think depend on u want to bath n wash hair or not , if u really feel uncomfortable u can use herb bath to wash

I shower and wash my hair on the day I gave birth and continued to do it daily. It really help freshening me up

once i left hospital and could manage a bath, i did. csec so first few days at hospital didnt dare to bathe..

Use the herb bath to wash - i started washing after 1 week. Cannot tahan

Traditionally its 4 weeks.. but I watched at 3 weeks.. can't stand it..

Herbal bath for body only. You can use own shampoo to wash hair.

I washed my hair 4 hrs after giving birth to my son.

I showered everyday but use herbs water
