Is it true that we have to drink lesser water after giving birth? Especially during the first few months of confinement. My MIL kept saying that I will have to drink lesser water . While my mother says I have to drink plenty of water.

Old wives tale. You have to drink enough water especially if you are breastfeeding.

I think her less water mean less room temperature water. Drink more warm water

I think you’re supposed to drink more soups and red dates tea
