is carton coconut drink okay for pregnancy?

Think it's okay. I bought a carton of those too but mil say those that comes in coconut husk is better. I tried both varieties, not sure if theres a difference for me though.

I believe it ok when consume in moderation. I do that too when I am lazy to knock out the shell of the coconut.
