is carton coconut drink okay for pregnancy?

Is it okay to drink carton coconut juice in tetrapacks? Those 100% juice with no added sugar & preservatives like UFC.

Think it's okay. I bought a carton of those too but mil say those that comes in coconut husk is better. I tried both varieties, not sure if theres a difference for me though.
