If you were the education minister, what would you change about Singapores education system?

Singapore's education system is great, but there are somethings that i think would be beneficial: - More opportunities to learn various languages as part of the curriculam - I would make sure there is more sex education in the senior years. - I would concentrate on making kid's more all rounded by making Community Service (Helping the needy), Art's & Sports mandatory.
