I would make school holidays fully protected. Kids these days go back for remedials and extra activities even during the holidays.

Less on academics. It's really too stressful for kids nowadays. Sumtimes weekend is taken up too.

Less emphasis on examination results but more on character development

To be more like the Japanese schooling system.

Lesser academics, more on life values.
