When does breastmilk come?

Keep latching, the more baby latch, the more you will produce more milk. Try milk ginseng(奶参) from Lao Ban Niang. Tasteless, just add few into any soup to boil. I had them coz it comes with my confinement package. Drink more water and soup too eg papaya soup

Latch every 2 hours. If your baby only need one side, pump the other side. Its a supply & demand thing. Pumping out send signals to your body to produce more milk. And drink plenty of water. During confinement its ok to drink warm water.

U need to rest more, drink more fluid and hve a good diet. Pump regularly and dont be so concern abt the amount pumped. Your body will produces more milk if you hve done the above consistently.

It takes time just don’t stop.. i pump out every 2hours coz my milk supply was very little.
