When does breastmilk come?

I have given birth to my baby 16 days ago and still my breastmilk is very little. Every time is 20-30ml max when I express out/breastfeed. I also take fenugreek prescribed by KKH too. Anyone can advice when does breastmilk will come in a lot?

Write a reply

Latch every 2 hours. If your baby only need one side, pump the other side. Its a supply & demand thing. Pumping out send signals to your body to produce more milk. And drink plenty of water. During confinement its ok to drink warm water.
