Do you yell at your kids?

I wish I could say no but recently I have started yelling a lot. I regret it later and also seek forgiveness from my kid. All becomes fine after each yelling episode, but I think I am damaging the psyche of my kid. I am working upon it. And I tell my kid that each time I start yelling you stop me in between and tell me, "Mamma, do not yell because after yelling you feel bad and ask for my forgiveness. And I also feel so bad and hurt each time you yell at me." He has interrupted me a couple of times I am in this fit of yelling, and I have calmed down. One time, I stopped and looked at him and we both burst into laughter, and I hugged him. So, I am changing. http://www.webmd.com/parenting/features/could-you-go-a-week-without-yelling-at-your-kids
