Grasping items

Hi mommies, my 3 month old still does not know how to grasp items, he does not reach out for things like toys either. Should I be worried?

Help mommies!

My 2-month old baby constantly wants to be held all the time and will cry the moment he is being put down to bed, day and night time. I can’t do simple things like going to toilet or have a meal without others helping me to carry him. Any advice please?
