Somebody commented that one of my kids look thin. I've always thought as long as my kids aren't sickly, all's well even if they may fall a little behind the ideal weight for their age at times. Do I need to step it up a notch and make sure they not only are not sickly, but don't look sickly as well?

My 18m toddler has been scratching her diaper area ie around the waist and groin area. I am not sure if it is due to the humid weather recently. I have tried to loose the diaper and applied moisturiser/desitin but it doesn't seem to be getting better. What else I can do to ease her itching?

keep her diaper free during the day. shes old enaf to be potty trained.

My child (3 years old) has not pooped in 5 days and he has this habit for quite sometimes. I have tried to include more vege, high fibre foods in his daily meal and reduce milk intake. However, no improvement so far. Any recommended food @ supplement that can improve digestion?

Since you have increased his fiber intake, get him to drink more water to help erm "move things along". Should help. :)

How do you deal with your pre schooler if she/he is picky eater?

A picky eater kid requires creative mum! Go find some recipe to sneak in those food he won't eat. Sneaking brocoli to the fried Mac n Cheese for example. Still yum but healthy :)

My 3-year-old boy has been sleeping late eg 10pm and wakes up as early as 7am. I really wish for him to sleep more to have sufficient rest. Any suggestions to coax him sleep earlier?
