My first boyfriend recently just added me on Facebook. And as I was scrolling through his timeliness looking at his pictures, I felt all fuzzy inside and very tempted to contact him and ask him out for coffee. He has a girlfriend now and I'm married with kids. What do you think? No harm right?

Very dangerous....don't invite this trouble. It will ruin a lot what u have worked hard to build. U may take him as a friend and he too, but given the history you'll have, how will ur husband and his girlfriend take it?? Not good....

Aside from how your day went and the kids, what you do you discuss at the dinner table with your spouse?

Talked about these with my wife randomly: Latest developments at work, International & domestic news, Future domestic plans for ourselves, our house and our baby, Future holiday destinations for our small family, Etc.... There should be no boundaries between husband & wife. To maintain Marriage = both parties need to constantly communicate & trust one another.

Do you require your husband/wife to always ask your permission every time he goes out with friends esp when an ex-gf is in that circle too?

i dont ask for permission but i will ask if hes okay with it because its important for me to acknowledge his feelings and especially if an ex partner is going to be around, i think its important that i take a step back and not go before even asking him. usually if i'm meeting a friend/s of the opposite sex, i will let him know then ask if hes okay with it. but if an ex partner is going to be there, i will take the initiative to turn down the meeting.

I hold an unconventional mindset in a conventional society which says women are to 'tone down' post marriage... I was/still am the girl who enjoys being the life of the party.. I still Im the live wire which catches everyone's attention but only invites criticism from my husband and the comment 'tone down'. What is tone down and why should I? He still is the same boring guy I fell in love with, then why do I need to behave like a nun??

How do you reignite the spark between you and your husband? Constant arguments due to finacial,work,kids. Its been straining our relationship alot. Any marriage advice?

Mum-in-laws and cooking for their sons... would you try to make a dish your hubby likes better than she does? Or would you simply ask her for her recipe to share?

I wouldn't look at it as competing but I wouldnt ask for the recipe either because I love deconstructing recipes and making them my own. Plus he pretty much eats everything so I'm not worried even if it's his favourite childhood dish :)

How else do you apologise to your spouse without saying 'sorry'? Any creative ideas? Just because I am tired of saying sorry!
