The homeschooling support group in Singapore is great! I am in the group and they meet up often and help you along the way. Try requesting to join the group.

How to start introducing my 4m28d baby flash cards? Thinking to DIY. Glenn doman or Sichida? Any idea how to teach? Any tutorial? Any syllabus for different age? Thanks :)

Here are a couple of links with great tutorials on making these for your babies. Some of my friends tried making the cards and also the picture detail checker board (last link). What's the important factor that would prompt you to enrol your young child in a child are centre?

Teachers! While you may think you never can tell during a school visit, your mummy instincts will kick in. Are the children genuinely happy? Are Teachers engaging them? Are staff honest when answering questions about the centre? :)

Grandparents. If grandparents are not available, I will let my kid to skip the event.

Usually $5 a day to spend on expenses. It should be enough.
