Fall sick easily

Does anyone keep on falling sick? Im currently on early first trimester and i have been falling sick ever since. Trying to avoid medication but have fail badly. Does anyone have any remedy?

Hi mummies! My EDD is on 14 july, i would love to give birth a week before. Is there any tips, advices or exercises that i can do so i can delivery earlier thn my EDD?

hcg level normal or not

Hi, i just tested positive last wed and today when i went to hosp hcg levels is at 76. if based on last menses i should be ard 4 weeks. is the level okay? am gg for another round of blood test this fri #firstmom

Fresh Milk or Milk Powder?

Hi, just want to check if is it save to drink Fresh Pasturised Milk during pregnancy? Better to opt for milk powder than fresh milk? Some myth about fresh milk is too 'cooling' even when heated up. Is that true?

😨 - hemorrhoids

Anyone has hemorrhoids? I’m currently in my week 19 however I suspected I’m having hemorrhoids. Anyway to cure it? Anything to watch out for ? As my gynae appt is next week. Thank you in advanced. 💙

If it’s bearable, leave it. It will “pop” while you pop (labour). Just go easy while you poop, don’t strain too much. Drink more water, cut down on fried and spicy food. If you got hard stools, try to ask gynae for stool softener. I’ve had hemorrhoids since prepregnancy, got it removed for the first time but it came back again so I just leave it. After I gave birth, it went away 😂.

VBAC membrane sweep

My gynae told me she’s gonna do a membrane sweep for me next fri (at 37 weeks) to allow my body to go into natural labour as for vbac it’s not advisable to induce due to risk of rupture. She said i may or may not go into labour...so we have 3 weeks to play around to allow my body to go into labour & if it doesn’t may need emergency csect. To all vbac mummies....have u all done this before & did you all go into labour soon after that? I know every body reacts differently but just wanna know those who hv experienced it! And is it usually done abt 37 weeks? Fyi my first was a csect as baby breeched..planned for 39 weeks but had emergency one done on 37 weeks as water level low. So my body has not experienced being into labour! Thanks in advance!

i did membrane sweep at 38weeks and was informed 1cm dilated. now im 39weeks and 4days but still no sign of labour. im trying for vbac too but right now i fear i might be csec too. doctor will induce me on 29th dec. hoping for miracle.
