Giving birth earlier thn edd

Hi mummies! My EDD is on 14 july, i would love to give birth a week before. Is there any tips, advices or exercises that i can do so i can delivery earlier thn my EDD?

I gave birth 4 days early than the EDD. all it took was 1 super spicy maggie curry with 3 bird eyes chillies and a 1 pineapple. summore it a day after I ate all that.
