No period cramps after giving birth
I just got my period back 1 month+ after giving birth as im not breastfeedind altho the first few days are very very heavy, surprisingly i didnt feel any cramps at all be it on my tummy or down there. Anyone also experiencing same thing? And does it happen to all of your period after birth or only the first period. #firsttimemom

hi mummies! my edd is on 13/11, so far there is no water bag breaking, mucus pug, contractions etc.. but my back is killing me. like when i got up in bed, i had to slowly bend and walk a few steps to straighten my back up. i felt my back strain. is this normal? am i really close to labour? #soontobeamom

Those that did sex without the intention of getting pregnant, be it pull out or condom, by doing on non ovulating or safe days, are the days leading up to ovulation (fertile window, as shown on calendar app) considered safe days too ? Just avoid the ovulation day itself will do? And yes i do ovulation test strips usually when i see the “fertile window” on my app just to double confirm. As ovulation can be on different days, not always the same cycle day. #firsttimemom #advicepls
