Scared to have sex again after csect

How many weeks or months after csect did you start having sex back ? And does it hurt? Did you also need to use condom? I am a month post csect and still scared to do it. Mainly because scared of pain and scared to get pregnant again. Even with condom. #firsttimemom

11 weeks. Right pelvic pain/cramp/nerve tugging feeling when standing/walking

The pain goes away only when I’m sitting or lying down… I read that it could be round ligament pain that should go away quite quickly. It’s been a day I could barely walk without feeling pain. Can only sit or lay down. No spotting or abnormal discharge. Is the pain supposed to last so long? Should self medicate with pain relief med?

It sounds like sciatica, which can last even post pregnancy! Like me 8 months post partum sometimes still have sciatica. Need to do daily stretches/exercises to relief the pain. Got some masaage techniques too can find on tiktok 👍🏻

Second Trimester Sex

Hi Mummies, Just wanted to find out more on what’s normal and what’s a red flag that I’ve to consult my gynae- after sex there’s vaginal pain and kinda burns when peeing. Not sure if it’s due to the changes in hormones or cuz there’s an infection(?) but also been feeling quite swollen below during this period but no peeing issue till after sex. Thanks for answering in advance! #advicepls

hey! it happens too but mine doesn't last long. usually it's like direct aft doing it. but aft a while like the next morning, all back to norm. might be the hormones i guess(?). so far even when i come for appointments, my urine all okay. unless it prolongs, might be infection or UTI.

Csect shower baby

Hi csect mummies, how do you shower your baby when using bath tub? Do you just place on the floor and squat down or you use a stand?

neither, I wipe my LO clean without showering till 6 months because I am really scared of bathing him in bathtub

Plan b pill side effect

Anyone taken plan b or morning after pill and any side effect?

Oh I really feel you on this, it can be such a stressful time and it's completely okay to want to know what to expect before taking it. From what I've heard around, the most common things are cramping and some irregular bleeding, though experiences really do vary, some people sail through with just mild discomfort, while others have had quite bad cramps and even nausea for a day or so. My friend went to a GP here in Singapore and said the doctor was actually quite thorough, asking a few questions first to make sure it was safe before prescribing it, and walked her through the side effects, so if you can, going through a doctor rather than just buying it over the counter is worth it for that peace of mind. One thing worth knowing is that it's not 100% foolproof, so do follow up with a pregnancy test if your period is late, just to be sure.

1 mth old baby always stick to his father

Does any of mummies here their child also love to stick with the father more than mummy? My baby has been crying and fussing alot these days. I cant seem to pacify him, only my husband. When baby can even recognise my husband's voice and he can go quiet instantly. My baby also loves to be carried by my husband too. Im quite sad about this, does that mean my baby wont look for me anymore? #firstbaby #advicepls #firsttimemom
