Fasting on 1st trimester

Hi! Sorry just asking, Muslim mummies in the 1st trimester, are you fasting in the fasting month?

Brown discharge

Hi mummies, I'm currently 7 weeks and second pregnancy. I previously miscarried at 21 weeks last year. This pregnancy around my 5th week i saw brown discharge on my liner about 20cents size. I have yet to go for my first appointment then so I called the clinic. Doctor did a vaginal scan, saw a gestational sac. Baby was very tiny hiding at the far most corner of the gestational sac. Doc said seems like a miscarriage is on the way or a threatened miscarriage. That was the only brown discharge I had. There was a little brown clumps too when Doctor removed the vaginal tube from below. 2 days later I had very light brown discharge. Also very tiny spot. Doc gave me progesterone pills. Take 2. 2 times a day. I've been taking it. Currently having severe food aversion. I can't seem to eat anything or keep anything down. I feel very nauseous. Not much vomiting but super nauseous. Everyday I'm worried. My appointment date got pushed to 2 weeks ahead. I have a toddler. Super active and clingy. He wants me to carry and I really feel so scared to carry him too. And that makes me feel so bad and terrible. Has anyone had brown discharge at 7 weeks?

I was not with him but I do hear from mum friends that he is a supportive patient centred doctor who supports natural birth where possible. But your best bet is to raise it directly with him at your next appointment and ask him about his approach

Hate vegetables during pregnancy

19 weeks. i cannot really digest vege, and i dislike vege. cant really eat. (surprisingly, i wasnt like that before pregnancy.) what should i do?

Any tips to keep acid reflux at Bay? I'm at 31 weeks and the burning feeling up my throat kept making me throw up ? would love to know if any of you mummies manage to counter this. Thanks

I am also at week 31, having bad acid reflux. Get worse at night if I sleep too close after meal. Medicine given by doc doesn't help. I tried to drink milk, avoid spicy food. It help lessen a bit.

Is it safe? my wife playing fun game everyday like candy crush.

it's totally unsafe if she didn't eat n sleep well but keep on playing. If she still normal, eating well and rest, no worries. she just having some fun time 😀 1st trimester is fragile and tired.
